Hold Harmless Agreement

The Purpose of this HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT is to promote Honesty and Responsibility for all involved in this private membership club. Due to the nature of your account being a digital service, acceptance of this Hold Harmless Agreement is considered to be equivalent to a wet ink signature where both parties agree to uphold and protect the welfare of each other.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s) may revise and update this Hold Harmless Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of the revised Hold Harmless Agreement means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you, login, access the website, record a document, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

ACCOUNT IS VOLUNTARY

In the same way your membership/user/account with National Freedom Support and Any of its Sub Domain(s), Sub-Domain(s) is voluntary and can be terminated at any time, National Freedom Support reserves the right to terminate your membership/user/account at any time, for any reason, Non-Disclosed.

EXCLUSIVE NATURE TO RECORD DOCUMENTS IN PUBLIC

National Freedom Support only serves as the platform for document publishing specifically for the purpose of being able to easily share that document with the appropriate person or entity. National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s) is not responsible for the validity of any recorded documents nor is it responsible for notifying any person or entity of your posting. It is merely a platform for publishing document(s) and providing a unique URL that can be shared or posted in/on places such as letters, emails, texts, newspapers, public library boards, social media, or other channels for posting document(s).

CONSENT TO PUBLISH RECORDED DOCUMENTS

In the event this happens you agree that you will not hold National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s) liable for any dispute(s), claim(s), or legal issue(s) that may arise from the information contained in your document(s).

RELEASE OF NATIONAL FREEDOM SUPPORT

Assumption of Responsibility: I am fully aware that publishing my document(s) online may result in the public finding information about you / me and I hereby accept the consequence(s) and take responsibility, having engaged with National Freedom Support and All Sub Domain(s), Sub-Domain(s) voluntarily.

Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s), its trust, its partners, and affiliates from any and all losses, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by me as a living man or woman, and/or any other living man, woman, person or organization on my behalf against National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s). This indemnification includes reimbursement by National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s) for any and all legal costs and reasonable “legal” fees incurred as a result of such actions.

Waiver of Punitive Damages: I understand and agree that I am waiving and forever abandoning any claims for punitive or exemplary damages against National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s). I voluntarily choose to give up this Right.

ARBITRATION

MISCELLANEOUS

Governing Law: I understand that this Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws on North Carolina State, without the United States, and that it cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by both or all parties.

Entire Agreement: I understand that this Agreement contains all the promises and agreements between parties with regard to the release of National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s) and I acknowledge there are no oral or written promises or agreements outside of this Agreement regarding the release of National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s).

Binding: I hereby expressly recognize that this Agreement is binding, and I have released any and all claims against the indemnified parties resulting from my use of National Freedom Support and its Owner(s), Admin(s), including any claims caused by the negligence of the indemnified parties.

Account Access & Support: I understand that this Agreement removes all National Freedom Support Living Men & Women/Man & Woman, Its Creators, Supporters, Support Staff, Staff, Volunteers, Owner(s), and Admin(s) from any obligation to assist, advise, provide support for any recorded, registered, user name, user account, living man, men, woman, women who have access to [https://nfs.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://lro.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://states.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://internal.nationalfreedomsupport.com] including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through [https://nfs.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://lro.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://states.nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://nationalfreedomsupport.com , https://internal.nationalfreedomsupport.com] and I agree I can be Banned, Removed, UnRecorded, Deleted at the discretion as such with no explanation and no discloser.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. BY BEING A MEMBER, HAVING A USER ID, HAVING A USERNAME / USER NAME, ACCESSING OR REVIEWING THIS WEBSITE AND ANY OF THIS WEBSITES SUB DOMAINS/SUBDOMAIN/SUB-DOMAIN/SUB-DOMAINS, I AM AWARE AND CONSENT TO DIGITALLY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I RESERVE ALL MY RIGHTS NOT WAIVED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, AND AGREE TO THIS HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
