NFS Help / Support Video Call

For Support Calls the Admin/Support Rep will provide the “Room Name” to use for your session via email. Please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder.

Click on “Enter AGH8 Evolvement Live Stream” button for access to enter "Room Name".

How To Access Room:

1. Verify you are alive first.

2. Click on “Access Room”

3. Enter Room Name you was provided by Admin/Host.

4. Click okay. 

How To Join:

1. You will need to allow mic and video in order to use these. (Only If it Asks)

2. Enter your name in the field and then click Join Meeting.

For Support Calls the Admin/Support Rep will provide the “Room Name” to use for your session. 

All Video Support Call sessions are Private, Secure, and Not Saved. The “Room Name” you are provided will not work again unless advised by a Support Admin to use it.
